PRICING

We have two tiers of tent pricing so you can decide what best suits your type of party and budget.

Tier 1 - Our older tents.  They have seen a lot of parties but do their job.  Most are white with some kind of stripes.

20x20 (about 50 people) - $145

20x30 (about 75 people) - $175

20x40 (about 100 people) - $235

Tier 2 - Our newer tents.  These will all be solid white.

20x20 (about 50 people)- $170

20x30 (about 75 people) - $205

20x40 (about 100 people) - $285

Tables - Our tables are all 8' banquet style.  They seat 8 people each.

Wood Tables - $8/ea

Lifetime Brand Tables - $9/ea

Chairs - 

Wooden Folding Chairs - $1.00/ea

Black Folding Chairs - $1.50/ea

Lighting -

20ft Strand - $7/ea No setup

20ft Strand - $12/ea Includes setup

POLICIES- Please Read!

Tent prices include setup and takedown.

20ft Side curtains are $15/ea.

Mileage is calculated from 3384 Randall Rd, Ransomville, NY 14131.  Delivery fee applicable as follows:

0-9 miles - add $20

10-19 miles - add $35

20-29 miles - add $45

30-39 miles - add $60

40+ miles - please request a quote

Effective immediately: We have $150 minimum rental requirement (not including delivery fee). If the items you need to rent total less than $150, the total will be $150 plus delivery fee.

We accept cash, check or credit card on date of setup.  Prepayment accepted as well.

All of our tents are pole tents.  We need to be able to put our stakes in the ground approximately 2ft.  Surfaces such as stone driveways/parking lots or blacktop will incur an additional setup fee of at least $90 for a 20x20, $125 for a 20x30 and $150 for a 20x40.  We are not responsible for any damage to the blacktop surface and will not repair it.  By authorizing us to setup on these surfaces you acknowledge and accept of responsibility for any damage that may/will occur.

Effective immediately, for ALL wedding jobs, we require a 50% deposit to reserve the date.  If you cancel your reservation 75 days or more prior to your scheduled date, you will receive a 100% refund.  Cancelling between 60-74 days of your scheduled date will result in a 50% refund of your deposit. Cancelling 59 or fewer days before your scheduled date will result in a 0% refund of your deposit.  No exceptions.
