Pricing and Policies
We have two tiers of tent pricing so you can decide what best suits your type of party and budget.
Tier 1 - Our older tents. They have seen a lot of parties but do their job. Most are white with some kind of stripes.
20x20 (about 50 people) - $115
20x30 (about 75 people) - $155
20x40 (about 100 people) - $215
Tier 2 - Our newer tents. These will all be solid white.
20x20 (about 50 people)- $150
20x30 (about 75 people) - $195
20x40 (about 100 people) - $275
Tables - Our tables are all 8' banquet style. They seat 8 people each.
Wood Tables - $6/ea
Lifetime Brand Tables - $8/ea
Wooden Folding Chairs - $.50/ea
Black Folding Chairs (Older) - $1/ea (limited availability)
Black Folding Chairs (Newer) - $1.50/ea
All prices include setup, takedown and 1 20ft side curtain. Additional side curtains are $10/ea.
Prices are for locations within 9 miles of 3384 Randall Rd, Ransomville, NY. Delivery fee applicable as follows:
10-19 miles - add $20
20-29 miles - add $30
30-39 miles - add $40
We accept cash, check or credit card on date of setup. Prepayment accepted as well.
All of our tents are pole tents. We need to be able to put our stakes in the ground approximately 2ft. Surfaces such as stone driveways/parking lots or blacktop will incur an additional setup fee of at least $50 for a 20x20, $60 for a 20x30 and $70 for a 20x40. We are not responsible for any damage to the blacktop surface and will not repair it. By authorizing us to setup on these surfaces you acknowledge and accept of responsibility for and damage that may/will occur.
Effective immediately, for ALL wedding jobs, we require a 50% deposit to reserve the date. If you cancel your reservation 61 days or more prior to your scheduled date, you will receive a 100% refund. Cancelling between 30-60 days of your scheduled date will result in a 50% refund of your deposit. Cancelling 29 or fewer days before your scheduled date will result in a 0% refund of your deposit. No exceptions.
